We know you love your pets. We do, too. That’s why we want to make pet ownership easy, convenient, and as rewarding as possible for all of our residents. As members of our community, you and your pet can take full advantage of our on-site luxury pet-washing station. No need to share a shower with your furry friend!

Our Resident Relations Program offers easy partnerships with trusted, local pet sitters, so you can enjoy a trip out of town guilt-free. Or, if you just want someone to take Fido for his daily walk while you’re at work, you can also book on-demand dog walking services.

What type of pets can I bring to live with me?
You are most welcome to bring your cat or dog to share your apartment home at Peace Raleigh. Feel free to contact our leasing office if you have questions about other types of pets. Occupancy is limited to two pets per apartment.

What, if any, restrictions apply to dog ownership at Peace Raleigh?
There are no limits on the size or weight of your pet. However, we do limit residency to non-aggressive dog breeds only, in order to ensure the comfort and safety of all Peace Raleigh residents.

Are there any pet fees at Peace Raleigh?
Yes. For each pet, your lease will include a $400 non-refundable pet fee, and $35/month in pet rent.
